1. Being of sound mind and legal age, I hereby agree that I have requested information about TRACT MINISTRY, a lead-generating and online-success system.
2. I have read the General Disclaimer above. I understand it and undertake to abide by it.
3. I hereby affirm that nobody has solicited me or enticed me to register with TRACT MINISTRY against my will.
4. I understand that if I decide to join TRACT MINISTRY, I will be joining a private association to build a base of leads that I can use for any home-based business the association may join and/or any legal businesses or opportunities (other than those of a sexually explicit nature or otherwise objectionable nature) I wish to promote.

12. TRACT MINISTRY members receive their own unique webpages which they may use to promote TRACT MINISTRY.
13. The TRACT MINISTRY service is provided on an as-is basis. No guarantees or warranties are provided that the service will be available at any particular times or that it will satisfy any particular quality expectations. The owners and managers of TRACT MINISTRY are held harmless in respect of any failure or degradation of service.
14. Any member may terminate his or her membership at any time by using the Account Delete feature in the Member Area. Once a membership has been deleted, it CANNOT be restored. If you choose to delete your membership, you will irrevocably lose all of your referrals. You also forfeit all future benefits from TRACT MINISTRY, including the right to receive e-books.
15. The TRACT MINISTRY managers may refer to the Legal Compliance Department for action should a member be found in violation of company policy.

its members from using spam and other forms of Internet abuse to seek TRACT MINISTRY. Spam is defined as including, but not limited to, the following:
- Electronic mail messages addressed to a recipient with whom the initiator does not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient;
- "Unsolicited commercial email" (UCE), while regarded as legal in some jurisdictions, is regarded as spam by most Internet service providers (ISPs), and may not be used to promote TRACT MINISTRY;
- Messages posted to Usenet, message boards, and forums that are off-topic (unrelated to the topic of discussion), cross-posted to unrelated newsgroups, or posted in excessive volume, or in violation of the Usenet, message board, or forum rules;
- Inappropriate solicitations posted to chat rooms, or to groups or individuals via Internet Relay Chat or "Instant Messaging" system (such as ICQ);
- Certain off-line activities that, while not considered spam, are similar in nature, including distributing flyers or leaflets on private property or where prohibited by applicable rules, regulations, or laws.
- TRACT MINISTRY may undertake, at the sole discretion of its management team and with or without prior notice, the following enforcement actions:
Account Termination: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, TRACT MINISTRY may immediately terminate the membership of the individual implicated in the abuse. Termination results in the immediate closure of the account, the loss of all referrals, and a prohibition against any future membership.
Account Suspension: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, TRACT MINISTRY may immediately suspend the membership of the individual implicated in the abuse. Suspension is intended to prevent the abuser from benefiting from their abusive activities by prohibiting the offender from registering. After a thorough investigation, if the spamming incident is verified, but does not rise to the level of a terminable offense, TRACT MINISTRY may (but is not obligated to) lift the suspension.
